Hi! My name's Cat, and on Cohost dot org (rest in peace eggbug) and before and around my use of it I discovered that I really liked "effortposts", i.e. writing up long or at least long-ish posts usually about my thoughts on a specific piece of art/media - as I write (September 2024) I'm considering making some posts about the show Hunter x Hunter (2011) that I've been watching and discussing with my brother, as well as the collected works of nomnomnami (nomnomnami.itch.io), an indie game artist who mostly makes visual novels whose works I've been enjoying recently. I also have a lot of old review-type writings on a variety of Doctor Who episodes (old and new!! I love Paradise Towers) and a couple of Fire Emblem games - both of those will almost certainly end up here at some point, though I'm seriously hindered by web development. Web development is hard. THAT SAID: I also miss stupid posting, and maybe I will post some little things sometimes!
